I went to the Press Days of the pr-agency Listen Up a week ago with Julie from strutterview.com and some good friends. We had an amazing time and I wanted to share some pictures with all of you. There was a really nice vibe and most collections that were presented were amazing. Some pieces would fit perfectly in my closet ;) 

I adored the collections of Supertrash and Eleven Paris, but especially Ted Baker's. Their new clothing collection and purses were so lovely. Too bad I had no time to visit some more press days because I had such a good time!

Victoria Beckham goes red

For the cover of the May issue of Harper's Bazaar China Victoria Beckham's hair was made red and she looks like a fierce video game character. I do think it's a wig however! The photos feel very Asian because of the gorgeous oriental headpieces Victoria is wearing. 

The photographer for this shoot was Chen Man. She is famous for her fashion photography in China. These photos just came out and already there's a discussion going on about the showing of Vicoria's ribcage and cleavage. 

She's quite the chameleon when it comes to her hair. Over the years Victoria has rocked several hairstyles and haircolours and they all suit her pretty well I think. My favourite is the short curly brown bob, what's yours?

Travelling: how to pack

In times of spring break, Easter and vacation, we would like to give you some packing advice. Most times you have a limited luggage weight. So pack smart. Don't take too much clothes, but try to create different looks by adding the right accessories. And when you're bored of the things you brought, go shopping on location!

Shop till you drop

This week I went shopping in Antwerp and bought such pretty things! Sorry for the quality of the pictures but I had to take them quickly because I didn't have much time and still wanted to post about this! The colours aren't exactly the same as in the pictures but it will do. 

As you probably can tell there all black or nude coloured items. I just bought some pretty basics because I feel I already have some special items in my closet to pair them with. And of course, they will be pimped up with some accessories ;) I also bought a pair of bright red earrings but forgot to take a snapshot of them! Can't wait to wear all of this!

Trend : Tangerine Dream

This spring and summer colour is booming like never before! On the streets we're spotting colourful pants, blazers, shoes and bags everywhere. I'm a big fan of this trend as it is just such a big difference from the dark colours people usually wear. 

A colour that particularly stands out this season is orange.. In all its shades. Tangerine tango is the name they invented for the reddish-orange shade like the Topshop satchel you can see at the beginning of this post. 

Orange and tangerine shades are popping up everywhere, even in make-up! Orange nails and lips are very trendy for this spring and summer. I love how orange nails bring you in an instant summery mood! 

We also saw several shades of orange passing by on the spring runway shows, for example with Marc by Marc Jacobs and Hermès. I'm a big fan of the ready-to-wear collections of Marc Jacobs. He always gets it just right. Too bad my wallet can't treat me to his beautiful creations.

Wishlist : The Blonde

Since Sara did a wish list for clothes, I decided to make one for beauty products. When winter's finally over it's time to clean out your beauty case. Most products are only necessary when it's cold and dry outside. In Summer you definitely need a new perfume, some bronzing powder and sun products !

I'm completely in love with mint nail polish. I didn't get one last summer, but I regretted it ever since. So this year I'm going to get one and wear it every day (or at least once every two weeks, because there are so many colors I like).

Wishlist : The Brunette

My current wishlist for spring! These are some items I really like. Of course there is a lot more I 'd like to have, but that would result in an endless list.. I adore these pastel shorts from H&M. They look perfect and I want them in every colour! Metallic is something I'm getting into more and more at the moment. It can really make a statement, but still in a quite subtle way. 

Just booked a trip too Barcelona (a.k.a. the most perfect city on the planet)! I'm going in April and I can't wait to go shopping there and wear all my lovely summer clothes again. So exited!

From casual to chic: Forever 21 Blouse

It's so nice if you can wear one piece of clothing in different ways. By changing just a few things, a new look is created. Accessories, shoes and your hair or make-up look make a big difference between casual and chic of course. Most of the time it's just a matter of experimenting with your look, so try it out and it might surprise you how versatile your wardrobe actually is!

From casual to chic: Vero Moda T-shirt

I just bought this T-shirt last weekend and I've been wanting to wear it every day since then. But that would be gross, of course! Here I've styled this T-shirt for a casual appointment, like a trip to the supermarket or something. And for a chic occasion like a date with the BF to the movies. I love wearing both looks!
